Application for Vacation 1 stay is open from 9 November 2017, 9.00am to 17 November 2017, 4.59pm. Appplications should be submitted online at using your NUSNET ID and password.

Once you have completed your online application, please proceed to make payment at the Eusoff Hall Management Office from 9 November 2017 to 17 November 2017 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Applications received through the online system will not be processed until payment is received.

Administrative charges of 1 week room rates may be imposed by the hostel Management Office for shortenings or cancellations received after the online application period.

Residents who had missed the above application period may approach the hostel Management Office from 20 November 2017 onwards to make enquiries (subject to room availability and an administrative fee of $10.70). 

The official check-out date for Sem 1 AY17/18 is 10 December 2017. Residents who are not applying for vacation stay must check out by 10 December 2017, 12pm. Residents without vacation stay and do not give advanced notice that they intend to stay after 10 December 2017, will have to pay an administrative fee of $21.40, plus room charges for the number of days overstayed.

Residents who wish to leave their belongings in their room during the 5-week vacation may choose to apply for In-Room Storage. Only residents with a confirmed Sem 2 stay are eligible to apply for the In-Room Storage Scheme. Please note that the standard rental is set at 30% of the prevailing room rate in the system. However, the rental rate will be adjusted to 25% for the AY17/18 December Vacation. Residents can select "In-Room Storage" when submitting the online application.
